Meet Mrs. JulichJulie Julich-- ext.105
email: [email protected] Hey there Goshen Gators!! Allow me to introduce myself. I am beginning my 13th year teaching at Goshen, but my 23rd year in the classroom. I am originally from Pennsylvania, but moved to Lexington, Kentucky when I was in junior high. I attended Eastern Kentucky University where I earned my teaching degree. Following graduation, my husband and I moved to Orlando, Florida where we spent 8 years. This is where our son was born. Following Florida we moved to The Woodlands, Texas spending two years. With much of my family still in Lexington, we decided it was time to get closer. An opportunity came up in Louisville for my husband so we jumped at the chance. Now my son is growing up with his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins close by and he loves it. In my free time I am a book worm. I love to read. It seems like I always have a book in my hand. I also spend a lot of time at the baseball field. My son is a 10th grader at NOHS and plays travel baseball which keeps us very busy. I love sports of all kinds, but college football and basketball are my favorites. I am a big UK fan which may not go over well, but it is who I am. :) My favorite NFL team is the Steelers which again may make me unpopular, but my grandmother was a huge fan and instilled her love of the Steelers in me as a child. I am looking forward to meeting this year's Gators and their families. This is going to be a very exciting and fabulous year. See you soon! |
